Arrival & Entry
Where should I park, and is parking free or paid?
Parking is availble at the 8th Street Parking Garage or in lots 3 and 5 off of Independence Avenue. Lots 3 and 5 are paid lots. The parking garage is free after 5 PM.
What do I need to bring for check-in?
Begins at 5:45 PM at South Gate. Please have tickets ready and cooperate with security and staff for search. Bring a chair if you’re in the lawn section and wanting to sit.Any additional items brought in must be within event regulations.
Is there a cutoff time for entry or re-entry?
Yes — final entry is allowed up to 30 minutes before the show ends. After that, doors are closed and no re-entry is permitted.
Venue & Experience
Is the show seated or standing room only?
Due to the demand for attending Live & Loud we have moved outdoors. Standing and seated options available. Open seating applies in all sections. Chairs only permitted in lawn section. First come first serve basis. If moshing is not your style, we wouldrecommend lawn seating.
Can I bring signs, flags, or other personal items?
Signs, flags, or large personal items are not allowed at the show. All personal belongings must comply with the venue’s allowed items list, which may include size and material restrictions. We want everyone to have a safe and unobstructed experience.
Are there designated areas for moshing/dancing?
Moshing and dancing are allowed within the standing section (the pit). Moshing is not allowed in the lawn section, however dancing is allowed as long as it does not disrupt others.
Policies & People
Is there a minimum age to attend?
While we believe music is for all ages, due to the nature of this show, participants must be at least 13 years old. Children under 16 years old must be accomapnied by an adult.
Are security checks or bag searches required on entry?
Yes. All guests will go through security screening, including bag checks. To keep everyone safe and the process smooth, here’s what you can and can’t bring:
- No outside food or drink (except unopened bottles of water)
- No bags larger than 12” x 6” x 12”
- Lawn chairs allowed only in the lawn section
- No chairs in the standing area
- No pets (service animals only)
- No weapons of any kind (this includes pocket knives, pepper spray, and anything that looks sketchy) All items are subject to search Keep it light, keep it safe, and you'll get in fast.
